Injection molded article of polyethylene resin

Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection molded article made of a polyethylene resin, having high rigidity and high impact property and exhibiting excellent fluidity in molding. SOLUTION: The injection molded article is produced by the injection molding of a polyethylene resin satisfying the following requirements (A) to (D). (A) The density is ≥890 kg/m 3 and ≤980 kg/m 3 , (B) the number of ≥6C long-chain branches is ≥0.01 and ≤3 per 1,000 carbon atoms, (C) the resin satisfies both of the formula (1); MS 190 >22×MFR -0.88 and the formula (2); MS 160 >110-110×log(MFR), and (D) the endothermic curve obtained by the temperature-increasing measurement with a differential scanning calorimeter has a single peak. 【課題】高剛性でかつ高衝撃特性を有し、その成形においても優れた流動性を有しているポリエチレン系樹脂からなる射出成形体を得る。 【解決手段】下記(A)〜(D)の要件を満たすポリエチレン系樹脂を射出成形する。(A)密度が890kg/m 3 以上980kg/m 3 以下、(B)炭素数6以上の長鎖分岐数が1,000個の炭素原子当たり0.01個以上3個以下、(C)式(1)と式(2)を共に満たし、 MS 190 >22×MFR −0.88 (1) MS 160 >110−110×log(MFR) (2)(D)示差走査型熱量計による昇温測定において得られる吸熱曲線のピークが一つである。 【選択図】なし
