Abstract

【課題】低露点時の応答性、高露点時の整定性を確保し、全ての露点温度範囲において、短時間で正確な露点(本露点)を計測する。 【解決手段】実験により求めた露点温度と最適な制御パラメータとの関係を示す近似式f1をメモリ26に格納しておく。受光素子9が受光する反射光の光量が冷却開始後に最初に大きく変化した時の鏡面3−1の温度を仮露点として検出し、この検出した仮露点を近似式f1に代入して制御パラメータを求め、この求めた制御パラメータをペルチェ出力制御部23に設定する。 【選択図】 図1
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure responsiveness in a low dew point, and settability in a high dew point, and to measure the accurate dew point (true dew point) in a short time over a full dew point range. SOLUTION: A memory 26 stores an approximate expression f1 indicating a relation between the dew point temperature found by an experiment and the optimum control parameter. A temperature of a mirror surface 3-1 is detected as a temporal dew point when luminous energy of reflected light received by a photoreception element 9 is changed greatly after starting cooling, the approximate expression f1 is substituted with the detected temporal dew point to find the control parameter, and the found control parameter is set in a Peltier output control part 23.
