Non-oriented electromagnetic steel sheet with excellently low iron loss

Abstract

【課題】 結晶粒を充分に粗大成長させて低鉄損化することが可能な無方向性電磁鋼板を提供する。 【解決手段】 質量%で、C:0.01%以下、Si:0.1%以上7.0%以下、Al:0.1%以上3.0%以下、Mn:0.1%以上2.0%以下、Ti:0.0015%以上0.02%以下、REM:0.00075%以上0.05%以下、N:0.005%以下、S:0.005%以下を含有し、残部が鉄および不可避的不純物からなる無方向性電磁鋼板であって、亀裂ないし破面を有する径1μm以上5μm以下の含REM介在物を含有し、かつ、亀裂ないし破面を有する径1μm以上5μm以下の含REM介在物のうちTiNと結合している介在物数の割合が5%以上であり、さらに、[REM]で示されたREMの質量%と、[Ti]で示されたTiの質量%が、[REM]÷[Ti]≧0.5を満たすことを特徴とする鉄損に優れた無方向性電磁鋼板。 【選択図】 図1
<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-oriented electromagnetic steel sheet which adequately grows its crystal grain and decreases an iron loss. <P>SOLUTION: The non-oriented electromagnetic steel sheet with the excellently low iron loss comprises, by mass%, 0.01% or less C, 0.1% to 7.0% Si, 0.1% to 3.0% Al, 0.1% to 2.0% Mn, 0.0015% to 0.02% Ti, 0.00075% to 0.05% REM, 0.005% or less N, 0.005% or less S, and the balance iron with unavoidable impurities; contains REM-containing inclusions having a fissure and a fracture with diameters of 1 μm to 5 μm ; contains inclusions combined with TiN in an amount of 5% or more by a number ratio, with respect to all the REM-containing inclusions having a fissure and a fracture with diameters of 1 μm to 5 μm; and satisfies the relation of [REM]/[Ti]≥0.5, when [REM] represents the mass% of REM, and [Ti] represents the mass% of Ti. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
