Abstract

A data card (11) having an optical recording medium formed by an erasable layer (15) atop a polymer layer (14) with prerecorded indicia, all atop a card base (13). The polymer layer has surface contours which constitute prerecorded indicia. The erasable layer disposed over the polymer layer displays the prerecorded indicia for reading, together with information on the erasable strip. The erasable material may be magnetooptical material, amorphous-crystalline material or liquid crystal material.
Une carte de données (11) comprend un support d'enregistrement optique formé par une couche effaçable (15) placée sur une couche polymère (14) ayant des indices préenregistrés, ces deux couches étant placées sur une base (13) de la carte. La couche polymère possède des contours de surface qui constituent les indices préenregistrés. La couche effaçable disposée sur la couche polymère affiche les indices préenregistrés pour lecture, ainsi que des informations sur la bande effaçable. Le matériau effaçable peut être constitué par un matériau magnéto-optique, un matériau amorphe-cristallin ou un matériau à cristaux liquides.
